Unlike other test prep companies whose only qualification for becoming an instructor is a 99% score, Platinum GMAT raises the bar even higher by requiring that instructors demonstrate an ability to teach (as demonstrated by prior teaching success), continuing familiarity with the GMAT (as demonstrated by passing our rigorous annual re-certification process), and student success (as demonstrated by students who indicate that the instructor significantly improved their score).

  • Ability to Teach
    99% instructors are of no use to you if they cannot clearly explain the content of the GMAT. Consequently, we require instructors to posses a teaching history that demonstrates success in instructing students.
  • Continuing Familiarity With the GMAT
    99% instructors are of no use to you if they forgot the intricacies of the GMAT because they took their test three years ago. Consequently, we require instructors to pass a rigorous annual re-certification process designed to ensure that all instructors are up to date on the latest GMAT trends and content.
  • Student Success
    99% instructors are of no use to you if they cannot translate their understanding of the GMAT into a higher score for you. What matters most is your score increase. Consequently, we will not retain instructors who, on average, fail to increase the GMAT scores of their students.
